What do we mean when we say we’re Christians? Is it enough to claim to follow Christ? Mormons and others who have radically different views of the nature of God, the nature of Jesus, and key matters of faith have also claimed to be Christian, but that doesn’t mean they are. In this key study, Lenny examines how creeds became central to defining the essential elements of the Christian faith and how important they are in establishing true from false beliefs.
